Q: What are the different payments accepted by Chic Executive Officer?

We accept the following payment methods:

-       Payment through all major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express via PayPal

-       Payment via your PayPal account directly

 

Shipping

Q: What shipping methods does Chic Executive Officer offer? 

We deliver to all parts of Singapore and internationally as well. Here are the delivery options as well as corresponding rates and duration:

-       Local Regular Delivery (3 to 7 working days): + $2

-       Local Registered Delivery (3 to 7 working days): + $4

-       FREE Local Registered Delivery for orders above $100!

-       International Registered Delivery to Malaysia & Brunei (7 to 10 working days): + $5.85

-       International Registered Delivery to Asia & the Pacific except Australia, Japan & New Zealand (7 to 10 working days): + $10.10

-       International Registered Delivery to Rest of the world (7 to 14 working days): $13.45 

All Singapore & international deliveries are handled by Singapore Post. Take note that delivery times are only estimates and may vary depending on Singapore Post. Customers are required to bear any customs or import duties that may be chargeable at their destination countries.  

 

Returns/Exchange 

Q: Does my item qualify for a return/exchange? 

At Chic Executive Officer, we accept returns for the following reasons: 

a) An Incorrect Item

b) A Defective Item 

Please contact us at gutentag@chicexecofficer.com before the return. Prior approval from us is needed before the return. 

All returns must be received within 10 days from the day the parcel has been mailed and all items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition with the original packaging and product tag intact. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.

Customers have to bear their own shipping costs for returns/exchange.

No cash refunds are allowed. We will only refund in the form of credit voucher equivalent to your order amount within 7 working days. Credit vouchers are only applicable online.

For international customers, please allow up to 21 working days to process your refund.
